HR Management Features:

HR personnel can add new employees or remove those who have resigned. They can also download policy documents, which are often required for audits.

Group Renewal Management:

Another key feature is Group Renewal Management. The HR department submits the renewal application when the policy is nearing its expiration.

Provider Portal Features:

The member eligibility process is checked through the provider login. Another important feature of this portal is claims submission. Hospitals can also access the policy details of the patient and check which services are covered under Daman insurance.

Users can view the details of their insurance card. This card is used during medical checkups, allowing the hospital to identify the patient and verify whether they are part of the Daman network.

If the card is lost, it can be printed and downloaded using the online portal. The card includes the insurance number, name, type of plan, and policy dates.

📋 Details of policy

The Daman portal provides users with details of their current insurance policy. Users can view the policy’s expiration date and the services available under it. The plan level—Silver, Gold, or Platinum—can also be seen. With this information, there is no need to contact customer support.

📊 Track status

If users have paid out of their own pocket, they can submit a claim online. The process requires uploading the medical report and other necessary documents. After submission, users can check the status to see whether the claim has been approved or rejected.

👤 Personal details update

Users have the option to update their phone number, email, address, and Emirates ID number. This is particularly important when a user moves to another emirate, ensuring that notifications from the company continue to be received.

🔄 Policy renewal

Daman coverage is valid for one year and must be renewed annually. The system automatically sends an alert before the policy’s expiration date. During this period, users also have the option to upgrade their plan.

🏥 Search of hospital

Daman provides a network search tool that helps users find the nearest hospital or pharmacy that accepts Daman insurance. This search can be filtered by city, emirate, or medical specialty.

🔑 Enter Wrong Password

A common problem for Daman users is entering the wrong password during login. If you repeatedly see the message “Invalid Username or Password,” make sure to enter the correct password. If the issue persists, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset and create a new password.

🔒 Account locked

For security reasons, the Daman system automatically locks the account temporarily if the wrong password is entered multiple times. There is no need to worry in such cases. Wait for approximately thirty minutes, and the lock will be removed. If the account remains locked, you can contact the customer support team.

🌐 The website is not working

Sometimes a website may not work due to a server error, and we often blame it on slow internet. This issue is normal and usually occurs during server maintenance. First, check your internet speed and connection, or try logging in to Daman using another browser. You can also attempt it in incognito mode.
